About Jonh Huah Machinery and Extrusion Blow Molding

Jonh Huah Machinery was founded in 1976 in Taichung, Taiwan, and has long manufactured automatic extrusion blow molding machines. Our product range includes hydraulic, hybrid, and all-electric models, with integration of molds, leak testing, neck trimming, feeding, scrap recycling, and downstream automation to help customers build a blow molding line around actual product and output requirements.

Choosing blow molding equipment is not only about machine size. Jonh Huah first reviews product volume, material properties, number of mold cavities, clamping force, wall-thickness control, cycle time, inspection methods, and on-site maintenance and automation conditions before evaluating the right machine and auxiliary configuration.

Our equipment planning focuses on four practical priorities: engineering control, product-driven configuration, after-sales technical support, and trust built through long-term customer cooperation.

Engineering Technology: Machine design considers mechanical stability during long-term operation, mold compatibility, material plasticization, and safety protection. From extrusion and mold closing to finished-part removal, every setting must match the product conditions so the equipment can run reliably in production.

Customized Solutions: Different products require different machine configurations. Equipment can be configured for PE, PP, ABS, PETG, EVOH, EPET, PVC, TPE, TPV, Nylon, and related materials for products from small 5 ml bottles to 200-liter containers, including single-layer and multilayer wall structures. Beyond the machine itself, we can plan molds, leak testing, trimming, recycling, and downstream automation around product requirements.

After-Sales Service: After installation, Jonh Huah continues to provide technical support, machine adjustment guidance, spare-parts supply, and remote troubleshooting assistance. When product specifications, materials, or output targets change, we can help customers review the process conditions again, reduce downtime, and keep the production line running.
